We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require longer processing times. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

For large furniture and freight deliveries:

  • It is your responsibility to be present at the scheduled time. Missed appointments may incur redelivery fees.

7. Receiving Your Delivery

Please inspect all packages upon delivery:

  • If there is visible damage to the box or item, note it with the delivery driver and contact us within 48 hours.
  • Take photos of the damage and retain all packaging materials for claims processing.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
